Introduction review policy
When an introduction may qualify for review
- Phone number or address turns out to be invalid
- The request duplicates one you already received
- The job falls outside your categories, radius, or price floor
- The customer cancels before you've spoken
- The customer goes unresponsive for 48 hours
- Spam or fraud is detected on the request

Requesting matches, messaging, quotes, and scheduling carry no platform fee. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You pay the contractor for the work, and the price you approve is the price in the quote unless you approve a change order.
